Having a child or loved one who is struggling with an eating disorder or other mental illness can be very painful and difficult for everyone, including the carers. Getting your own support can make all the difference.

 

Get guidance.

It can be hard to figure out how to best care for your loved one who is struggling, and how to do that without enabling them, alienating them, or burning out. Get guidance on how to be of greatest support. Get help determining what the boundaries ought to be and how to set them, and sustain them.
